First special out of the kitchen this week, Tedesca pizza - pork sausage, caramelised onion and button mushroom, created and made by our pizza chef Jake Wyss.... did someone say taste test 🍴☕
Very productive day from the kitchen today. In between serving up freshly cooked Sunday roasts (beef, lamb and pork this week), the team have been scribbling down ideas for the upcoming specials and spring menu. Best part of the job.
